What is the legend behind the logo?
Early in his IT career, Joe Malmberg used to rename the admin account Top Dog, meaning the highest privileged account. And while the logo emerged from this idea, the legend behind the logo has mysteriously developed over time.

Mr. Malmberg has over fifteen years of experience in the Information Technology industry. During his tenures in technology management, he increased network productivity via strategic technology initiatives, implemented core computing solutions, document imaging solutions, centralized the processing systems for disparate locations and ensured an exceptionally high level of security via a continuing internal audit of existing infrastructure. Mr. Malmberg is a Microsoft Certified Professional and holder of the SANS GIAC GSEC - GIAC Security Essentials Certification.

Mr. Darling has over 20 years of experience as a business owner in the Information Technology industry. His certifications include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (CvCISO), Certified CMMC Professional (CCP), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) x 2, Microsoft Small Business Specialist (SBSC), and Microsoft Specialist (MS). He has been serving businesses for over 14 years as the owner of HITECH Computer Solutions, Inc. He has joined and is helping to guide the vision of the team at Top Dog PC. He is passionate about helping small businesses prosper.

Mr. Nelson has over twelve years of experience in systems administration and desktop support. He leads Top Dog's helpdesk team with a dedication to service and delivering a wonderful experience for every business and every user. He is a gifted MS Access developer and has created solutions for several clients both online and offline. He is proficient in several Microsoft products, including Windows Server, Small Business Server, SQL and Exchange.

Jeremy has an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science and has been working in the IT services industry many years. He also has extensive experience working with Apple products such as IPhones, IPads, IPods and Mac computers. Jeremy loves technology but doesn’t get carried away with it, always placing himself in the client’s shoes.
