Safeguarding Top Dog PC Services Employees from Increased Risk of COVID-19

 

For now, Top Dog PC Staff are working from home.  We are fortunate that we have developed an infrastructure that has allowed us to continue serving our partners from any location.

 

 

Measures Being Implemented at Top Dog PC Client Sites to Reduce Risk of Exposure

  • Prior to any onsite visits, Top Dog PC may request a copy of our client’s COVID-19 Work Safety protocols. If they do not have one, we will ask for them to provide to us, in writing the steps they are taking to ensure the safety of their staff and ours
  • Field employees must wear face masks when visiting client sites
  • Field employees will have access to alcohol-based hand rubs (when available).
  • Clients requesting onsite service must wear PPE when interacting with Top Dog PC Staff.
  • Any client that does not require the use of safe social distancing or PPE risks not receiving onsite support.

 

Measures Being Implemented at Top Dog PC Offices to Reduce Risk of Exposure

  • The kitchen and conference room will be closed to Top Dog PC Staff
  • Tissues and trash receptacles will be provided and available in both Top Dog PC offices.
  • When Top Dog PC offices are open, employees will wear face masks while in the office
  • Desks may be rearranged to accommodate best practice social distancing measures
  • Employees will have access to disposable gloves.
  • Employees will have access to tissues and disinfectant wipes (in limited quantities, see your

supervisor).

  • Must maintain 6’ separation between the person using an office machine and the person waiting to use the same machine.
  • Weather permitting, windows to the outside will be opened to promote outdoor air flow

 


 

Top Dog PC Services Actions Upon Employee Exhibiting COVID-19 Symptoms

  • Employees with possible or known exposure to COVID-19 will be isolated for 14 days and/or after a second negative COVID-19 test
  • Top Dog PC Employees will stay home when sick
  • Employees feeling ill while in the Top Dog PC office will be sent home or moved to an isolated room.
  • Employees feeling ill while at a Top Dog PC customer site or job site should leave the location immediately. If the employee feels they are unable to drive themselves, they or their co-worker should contact their supervisor immediately for assistance.
  • Symptoms of COVID-19 are: Fever, Cough, Shortness of Breath, Chills, Repeated Shaking with Chills, Headache, Muscle Pain, Sore Throat, and New Loss of Taste or Smell.
  • For extreme potential COVID-19 symptoms, and for all medical emergencies, emergency

personnel should be contacted immediately by dialing 911.

  • How long will this program be active?
    • No one can know for sure, but it will remain in effect until Top Dog PC management feels confident our employees can work safely without it.
    • Some aspects of this program me be phased-out if and when conditions improve.
    • New aspects of this program may be added should conditions dictate it, or if they will improve the safety of all employees.

    • The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention considers a reading of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit a fever.
